Components of the Simove System
The Simove system consists of two main components:
- Carrier Control
- Motor and drive control of AGV
- Navigation method (optical, magnetic tape/line tracking or natural navigation)
- Safety programs
Carrier Control is the software component that determines the movement control and safe driving systems of the AGV. The above features are configured using this program.
- Master Control
- Sending commands to AGVs
- Fleet management (add-drop and managing AGVs)
- Communication with the main PLC system
Master Control ensures the centralized management of the AGV fleet. It works in synchronization with the main PLC system to ensure AGVs reach designated points efficiently.

- Free omnidirectional movement along X and Y axes
- Automated charging and fleet management
Omnidirectional AGV transports the battery carried by the Mouse AGV to the decking station. It moves freely in X and Y axes for precise navigation. When idle, it automatically charges and works in coordination with other AGVs to ensure efficient fleet management.
